At RYE, classic American favorites are given a modern, Asian-fusion twist, and executed to perfection by our red-letter kitchen crew, lead by Executive Chef Andrew Lund. We also feature craft cocktail creations by Ryan Manning, and delectably in-house-made desserts by a proficient team of pastry pros.
We know first-hand that buying local is best. That's why we peddle products from a few of our friends. We serve meats from Tooele Farms and Canyon Meadows Ranch, eggs from Blue House Coop, bread from Eva's Bakery, chocolate from Solstice, coffee from La Barba and Blue Copper, and brews from Mamachari, Squatters, and Wasatch. And that's just a taste.
