At RYE, classic American favorites are given a modern, Asian-fusion twist, and executed to perfection by our red-letter kitchen crew, lead by Executive Chef Andrew Lund. We also feature craft cocktail creations by mixologist Ryan Manning, and delectably in-house-made desserts by a proficient team of pastry pros. 

We know first-hand that buying local is best. That's why we peddle products from a few of our friends. We serve meats from Snake River Farms, Ballard Hog Farm, and Canyon Meadows Ranch, bread from Eva's Bakery, produce from New Roots, chocolate from Solstice, coffee from Publik, La Barba, and Blue Copper, and brews from High West, Squatters, and Wasatch Brewery. And that's just a taste.
